How Well The Group Coped When Problems Arose; Georgina Old

Some of the issues that arose were things such as; Transport to exchange equipment, availability of actors, availability of cameras and the quality of shots collected. Transport was solved by myself driving to the given location to collect equipment as i am the only group member with independent transport. If actors were not available throughout the filming period, new actors were found and shots were collected to fill the gaps. During some of the filming a suitable camera wasn't available, so shots were collected on an iPhone and the image was altered during editing. Poor quality shots were not used and any gaps in what was needed was reshot or edited to suit the advert.

How Well The Group Managed Health And Safety Issues; Georgina Old

Not a lot of attention was paid to Health and Safety issues, as there weren't any stunts that were needed for the advert. The main issues were road safety and the safety of Pete when dancing on the table in the canteen. These issues were handled by temporarily blocking off the road whilst taking the shot, and putting extra support stands beneath the table before Pete danced on it. More planning could have gone into these areas, however there weren't any episodes due to the few precautions that we had.

How Well The Group Managed Time; Georgina Old

Before tasks were begun, we collectively decided on when paperwork tasks needed to be completed so that filming could start. It was agreed between us when each person would have the equipment to take the shots needed and when the equipment would be exchanged from other members of the group. It was also calculated to coincide with each member's and actor's schedules and gave a week at the end of our time scale to edit the footage to get the desired effect. Transport and timing arrangements could have been more precise and better planned out, however any issues were quickly solved due to the communication of the team.

How The Group Managed Equipment; Georgina Old

Despite all of the shots being taken in different locations, exchanging of equipment was relatively easy as prior to filming, we all decided when we would each have the headphones and camera to film. This meant that shots were done on time and that each individual knew when the actors were needed and when they needed to return the equipment. Although there were some issues with this, as some members of the group were unable to meet to exchange equipment on the given date, solutions were made and the shots and equipment was collected to schedule.
